I was threatened by the Post master ( incline Village , NV. Mays blvd .) that she would call the sheriff and have me removed If I did not leave the premises immediately .
This was after pleading with her that I needed my Priority Package , It was shown to be delivered and sorted 8:58 a.m. I was there at 10:30 a.m. I gave her the tracking number, but it was useless . I left and she went back to her office .
Why couldn’t she help in the mail room ?

    Call The sheriff ???

  3. i shipped a package priority mail, paid the extra money and package was two days late , even after bumping it to pri mail, what recourse do i have , cant even get a person on their complaint number. good way to run a bus. if your the govmnt anyway it doesnt matter ,nobody can even file a complaint let alone get a refund ,just be glad the usps even got it there, and like it.

  4. The USPS employees are completely out of control in elreno oklahoma.they have been holding my packages from me for days large boxes that they say was looked over.not to mention refuse to deliver any package to be signed for cause I have a dog inside the house.won’t even let me step outside and sign for them.went up to post office to complain all she did was roll her eyes and snicker in my face.this has been a battle for years first saying I had to put house numbers on my mailbox I mind you on my porch is where that’s at and my numbers are on my house and curb.I’m being targeted because the mail warrior doesn’t like us period.and I’m sick of it.I’m so mad nothing gets done.

  5. It is interesting how this USPS form does not have a category for failure to deliver even after numerous attempts using your different services from Express to Priority to Regular mail even though this IS your primary mission and purpose. At the local office, after filing a form, visiting and speaking to the window clerkr because the responsible supervisor will not come to the window. After several days of non-action the customer receives a robo call asking for an evaluation of your service because stating that “providing the best service is your prime concern.” For your information, the remedy you allegedly provide for some services, ie. Express, is the postage money back. Have you ever considered that the content of an Express piece is of a much greater value than the postage? Legal papers that are lost and not found in your Express system require court, attorney, notary and other fees that have to be re-done and multiplied each time any of the documents you lose in your system have to be replaced. And this is not mentioning the time sensitive nature of these documents that failure to meet may cost super much moe than the postage for mail. Finally my papers were finally delivered on time but NOT by the USPS. When after the several failures with the USPS we had to rely on FedEx who charged $56.94 for the service that in the end was far cheaper than the money spent with the USPS in the several additional fees as stated above not to mention the stress. Next time we’ll just shortcut the misery and rely and approach your competition.
On this very form you ask us to provide contact information for you to follow-up on this report. We will provide that information as a matter of course, but truly believe that we have no expectations from you. Should we never hear from you regarding this matter we will just think of it as you continuing to live up to this modus operandi that has firmly grabbed your organization. We do not expect to hear from you.

  6. I am having a continuing problem with the PO about holding my mail. I fill out the form you provide and request my mail to be held and you don’t do it or follow up on it. I have tried talking to the supervisor one on one and I waited out side the door I directed to for 95 minutes when I was told the Mgr Erin Harris was on a conference call with the postmaster. Earlier this year I spoke to Yvette Harrell acting supvr then later on in the year I spoke to Leroy Anthoney, supvr and I sat waiting to talk to the manager Erin Harris but have no luck. My confirmation number is CAH329192804 and my mail is supposed to be held until tomorrow 11-19-18. This is not being done and I would like to see some action placed on the management that would ensure my complaint is not just words. Please contact me below as soon as possible

  7. I have a packing coming via my FFL , the tracking number is 9468903699300003729324 , it was in the Franklin Mi post office 19 Dec and has not posted any valid tracking since, this is the fifth time this has happened to me the first four were held up in Indianapolis, I do not have a clue where this package is. The last time my local post master here in Hartford City In called Indy to check on a previous missing item he was told it wasn’t lost but they couldn’t find it.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  8. I put my mail on vacation hold at the Dayton Nevada post office. I correctly filled out the forn indicating that the hold was for myself (individual) and not the entire household. I indicated that I would pick up my mail in person when I returned. I was shocked to discover upon my return that a postal clerk had given a renter my mail. She said that he promised that I would not be angry about it.

  11. Lots of racial profiling goes on inside the post office with respect to People of Color; witnessed this behavior a number of times; generally will ignore it; however, felt compelled to make USPS aware; the situation is as follows:
Every time someone of color, particularly African Americans enters the facility there is a tendency of staff to over monitor their behavior under the “pretense” staff is asking the clerk a question or looking for something; which in turn makes customers of color feel anxious, threatened or unwanted; big reason why this Post Office is usually empty; disappointing.

  13. We are in need of a copy of one of many complaints we filed late last November and December 2018. We were having trouble with our mail delivery at that time. Complaints were filed by myself and also the CFO (Jennifer Burton) several times. I also complained in personal at the post office and also called.

Is it possible to receive a copy of the history of these complaints?

This is a very urgent matter for our company. The Morales Group 5628 W 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46278

  14. I went to the San Angelo, Texas 76902 office and asked to speak to the Delivery Supervisor. My complaint was that the carrier was stuffing mail into my empty mailbox in a way that left mail on the ground and the mailbox door jammed.
The supervisor was paged three times with no appearance. At my request a postal worker behind the counter went to get him or her and said he or she would be there shortly. Fifteen minutes later no one had shown up. At the end of 30 minutes someone, not the delivery supervisor, showed up and took the complaint, which I told her now included the 30 minutes I had to wait for her to show up. She said she was outside. There was no explanation why the delivery supervisor never showed. She took my information and said she would pass it to the 76904 zip code office because that’s where I lived.
I went to the USPS 76904 office and was told by the postal worker that she would see if the carrier was free, but she doubted it. She came back and said it would be 10 or 15 minutes as he was talking to the carriers and couldn’t break away. I challenged her and said, “He’s too busy to talk to a customer?” And she said, “right now he is.” I waited at least 20 minutes and was then told the supervisor would call me. Now 4 hours later I have not received a call. The USPS just doesn’t care. And what I would expect from the call is that the carrier would deny it, as if I had nothing to do for the past two days but to make up a story. Yes, I do want a reply.

  15. The USPS so called consumer advocates in Washington, DC have all refused to issue me a refund for the damaged item that l sent to my addressee. Why? Simply because the addressee threw out the damaged box when he went to the post office to have the damaged item checked by the post office manager. He didn’t know that he was supposed to keep it. However, he has emails on ebay clearly indicating that the item arrived damaged. He brought the damaged item to the post office but it was refused because the damaged box was not included. l paid for $50 insurance and due to the stupidity of the postal service I am being CHEATED out of my money.
